Senior Recognition: Brennan Hook

The Cooper High School Track Team would like to recognize these seniors for all their hard work and dedication to their team and academics during their careers. Unfortunately, due to a global health crisis in our world today, all KHSAA athletic events have been cancelled for the remainder of the 2019-2020 academic year. Because we were not able to properly send-off our student-athletes, we hope that this small gesture of appreciation and recognition shows our love and gratitude for all of our student-athletes.

Parents/Guardians:

Toni Hook and Chris Hook

Favorite Track Memory:

Last year at state, our 4x400 got 4th in the state.

Academic Achievements:

A/B honor roll

Athletic Achievements:

I feel like every single race that I got better or felt something during I feel like is an achievement. I can’t think of any certain achievement better than the other but being on the podium last year was very satisfying.

Who were your biggest supporters?

I feel my parents and my teammates. They were always with me for my 5 years of track and I appreciate them so much.

What are your plans for after graduation?

I’m attending WKU

Any words of advice you have for your teammates.

Track is a stressful sport and I know sometimes you can get pretty nervous. Instead of being nervous for a race try to think of the positives instead of the negatives. Be thankful that you can compete and run with your friends and teammates.

THANK YOU BRENNAN
